Biography Details:

Eric J. Garcia – President and Co-founder
Eric was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and as a child moved to the San Juan Islands in Washington State, where he was educated in a one room schoolhouse. He attended the United States Air Force Academy and graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Economics & Political Science. He has worked as staff for a Member of Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C., at a Technology start-up, and in the Banking Industry. Currently he sits on the Board of Directors for the Roanoke Conference and is an Officer for a Public Policy Organization in Seattle where he lives with his wife, Amanda, their two children and cat. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, bouldering, fishing and SCUBA diving. He is a NAUI Divemaster and has logged hundreds of dives.

Adam Thornber - Vice-President and Co-founder
Growing up on a remote San Juan island summer camp, Adam has a deep appreciation for both the woods and the water. His initial business interests revolved around technology; he started a web development and technical support business while still in high school. From there he pursued a BA in Economics from Western Washington University. While enrolled in university, Adam learned a breadth of skills working in the residential construction industry. Upon graduation, he worked as a QA engineer at Onyx Software and then as an IT technician at the University of Washington. Leveraging past entrepreneurial and construction experience, Adam then pursued a career as a General Contractor managing 4 million in building and renovation over a three year period. Most recently Adam took on a new role as Director of IT for Reel World Productions Inc. Adam's diverse work experience gives him a unique insight into invention and innovation. He lives in Seattle with his wife Alicia and their dog. He is an avid photographer, sailor and home-brewer.
